Job Description
The Amazon CN Design Team (VXD) is seeking a talented and passionate senior user experience designer to join our growing team in Beijing . Amazon CN Design Team (VXD) takes responsibility for the design of Amazon.cn. We aim to deliver intuitive and compelling designs that create a world-class customer experience, and build a powerful brand.
This role is a great opportunity to work with a top design team and have your designs used daily by the millions of customers. Your work will have a direct and significant impact on Amazon’s bottom line and where you see success you can expect to see your work adopted globally by Amazon sites.
Successful candidates will have a mastery of the principals of Web design, HCI, HTML, and Java Script . You must be a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working on highly technical teams, skilled in user-centered design practices, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and brim with insanely great ideas.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for interactive and ui design on amazon.cn, including event promotion, display advertisement, category browse page and the designs related to the amazon.cn.
- Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Quickly and thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Work closely with partner teams to drive rapid progress and iteration and align with overall site experience .
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback .
- Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, web designer, interaction designer, front-end engineer, or similar role.
- Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides.
- A good listener, communicator, seamless cooperates with all functions.
- Skillful in using Photoshop and related visual tool
- Strongly self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- HTML5 experience is nice to have.
- Ability to fluently read and write English.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

-负责亚马逊中国页面的交互设计和UI设计，包括大型促销活动专题、广告、产品线首页 、品牌衍生的相关页面等。

- 迅速和彻底地创建流程流,线框图,视觉设计模型作为需要有效的概念化和沟通详细的交互行为。与团队内同事的紧密沟通与交流，以达到互助和共同进步的良性循环。
-与合作伙伴团队紧密合作来驱动快速进步和迭代和结合整体网站的经验。
-给用户体验团队、产品团队和高管审查提案设计理念。
- 熟悉内部系统环境，并为之设计相应的交互方案。
任职要求
-5 年以上从业经验， 用户体验设计师、网页设计师、交互设计师、前端工程师或类似的角色。
-能够使用HTML,CSS和JS建立交互原型。
- 具备视觉设计能力，能够创建高精度的视觉原型和风格。
-懂得聆听、善于沟通、可友好的进行合作的能力，能承受高强度的工作压力；
- 精通Photoshop 等视觉设计工具。
- 强烈的自我驱动和紧迫感
