SIBI: Contractor Dashboard MVP

Working through dashboard explorations for contractors. This iteration focuses on what the owner of a contracting company would see, and be able to act on in-app while keeping in mind existing constraints and functionality.

Notes:
* The sidebar currently expands on hover. Next iteration will explore keeping open by default or allowing to collapse with some a/b testing.
* New to this iteration is the ability to show/hide order and job notifications on all pages. There’s an area towards the bottom of the side panel for callouts, in this case a cta to finish your profile to get more work.
* Under Pending orders, the secondary icon on the avatars represents property management companies the contractor is working for.
* Names, Addresses, and companies are randomly generated (Thank you https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/735770583268406934/Google-Sheets-Sync)
