Automated Car Maintenance

High-speed of life create new demands for industries. One of them is the automotive industry. The main goal of the study is enhancing the experience of repair and maintenance cars for consumers. Vehicle owners have issues with disjointed processes and inconsistency in organization of bills, service histories, warranties, etc. In addition, most owners have limited access to service histories, lack of transparency and solely relying on one mechanic due to convenience. To sum up the two most common pain points interviewees described had to do with inefficient processes and a lack of integration of those processes into their day-to-day routines. Here’s my take on this problem.
