2020年的湖北疫情对公司的业务造成了一定的影响，为了避免不可控情况下的业务损失，复工后公司启动了智能销售平台移动化项目（即小易APP）。经过近一年的试运行，在广州发生疫情的时候，小易APP已经能支持业务基础需求。
